Krystal Bates Towel Ring September 21st, 2018 - 02:37:32
If you don't have a stud I'll have instructions for you at the end, but I just happen to have a stud right where I want to put my towel. Ring I'll hold the mounting plate on the wall and Mark the top hole. Choose a drill bit, that's just a tiny bit smaller than the diameter of the screw threads hold the bit next to the screw, just to be sure now I'll drill, a hole on the mark. I made on the wall I'll just quickly mark the bottom location and drill a hole there too insert a screw in the top hole of the mounting plate and screw it into the wall.
Please note that the bottom of this plate has a small notch for a set screw I'll keep the plate loose for now. While I put in the second screw that way, I can make sure the plate is lined up vertically with the screws right before I tighten them with the plates look here I can hang the towel ring on it and then tighten the small set screw at the Bottom, if you have a micro screwdriver set, it really helps when tightening this screw. This is a really easy project to do. Even if you don't think you have any handy experience, this towel ring is really secured to the wall and can stand up to tugging on the towel.
Before ending this ,I want to show you what to do if there's no stud, where you want your towel ring with the footage from another project I did so here there are no lights or sounds on the stud finder, which means there's nothing behind here. So you need a wall anchor which might be included with your ring and choose the drill bit. That's about the same size of the anchor while drilling the hole.
